One of the features that distinguishes Design Collaboration and Pluta & Wilson Construction Group from other design/build firms is our emphasis on green residential design and our ability to work closely with our clients. We strive to integrate client design needs with their construction budget. Whether designing a new home, an addition, or a renovation project, our staff can assist clients in planning their design to promote a healthy and energy efficient home. Ninety percent of our clients request homes that are barrier free (accessible), low maintenance, energy efficient, and are designed in such a way that they can later incorporate additional renewable energy technologies.
Design Collaboration has been serving North Carolina since 1997. Pluta & Wilson Construction Group was started in 1999 to give our clients a streamlined and cost effective approach to designing and building a healthy, energy efficient, and accessible home.
Design Collaboration does provide design-only services if requested. We have partnered with developers to design model homes for their development. We have also designed homes for our clients and worked directly with their general contractor during the building phase.
